A request for the High Council

I've done quite a bit while my Commander has been slacking off. So, I ask you, may I have a seat in the High Council, or at very least take Dot's place as Commander? I'm far more active than him. Plus, I worry if he's even around. If you were to make he a High Councilman then I would ask that you leave me as a lieutenant in the Master Blades, as well. Thank you.

Yes i have been watching you intently. If youve noticed i created a council division. you shall be placed there and watched by me. It is a test as when KDT was created i had planned to be the only high councilman. You Veloth are now a Councilman. congradulations.
